You will receive a copy of the adoption contract, medical history, proof of rabies vaccination, and a small bag of food. When this number is searched in a database, pet information such as name, age, and breed, along with pet owner information, such as name, phone number and address can be found. It is important to note simple pet microchips are not tracking units.
